Bounce forward after pregnancy, not back

I have a confession to make. I’m a Ninja. Have been for a while now.

Not the kind that wears a fancy belt and sports a six pack of abs. But rather, a ninja, also known as a member of the TiffXO community. A community of likeminded individuals doing their best to stay happy, fit and healthy under the guidance of Ninja master, Tiff Hall Kavalee.

As a mum of two, I never did quite bounce back from either pregnancy. My hips are always tight, I have a Chiropractor now and my kids keep me busy like a bee in the spring.

But I’m stronger than ever. Embracing a new normal and making good decisions for myself and my family. After watching Tiff’s video, I know I have bounced forward too.

This motherhood thing ain’t easy, and the pressure to ‘bounce back’ both physically and mentally after birth is a challenge. Thanks Tiff for keeping it real. Take your time mumma. Bounce forward once your baby arrives, not back.
