Terms and Conditions

When you purchase a Bebe Bola product, you agree to accept our terms and conditions, and become legally bound by them. Please do not proceed to purchase a Bebe Bola product, until you have read, understood and accepted the terms and conditions.

Prices

We reserve the right to change prices without notice. Our prices do not include Goods and Services Tax (GST).

Delivery

All Bebe Bola orders are posted via Australia Post, and are sent within 48hours* of payment being received. In most cases, an Australia Post tracking ID number will be provided to you once posted, allowing you to track the progress of your delivery.

Once the item leaves our studio, it is in the capable hands of Australia Post and as such, Australia Post should be contacted with delivery questions/concerns.

*There may be a 1-2 business day delay if an order is placed going into the weekend, a long weekend or during a Australian public holiday.

International orders

International purchases may incur customs taxes, charges and/or duties once the parcel arrives at its destination port. These charges are governed by the recipients country of residence and must be paid by the recipient directly. Bebe Bola is not responsible for and will not reimburse any of these taxes, charges and/or duties.

Refund and Exchange Policy

Please select your item carefully. We do not give refunds nor offer exchanges if you change your mind, make a wrong decision or if your circumstances change such that you no longer require the goods. Bebe Bola are not redeemable for cash.

You can choose between a refund, replacement or exchange of product of equal or lesser value:

• where goods are faulty*
• have been wrongly described
• are different from a sample shown to you, or
• do not do what they are supposed to.

*Faulty or Damaged Goods

If you have received an item which is damaged or faulty, please contact us immediately via our web form, or email and we will make contact with you to investigate. Contact must be made within 3 days of receiving your parcel. At Bebe Bola’s discretion, we may refund your purchase, offer an identical replacement or exchange for an item of equal value, or provide a gift certificate for a future purchase. For quality purposes, we also request that the faulty/damaged goods be returned. This return post cost is at the buyers expense.

We care about our customer, and post our items packaged in a padded envelopes or bubble wrap as required.

Safety

Bebe Bola products are intended to help mothers make a beautiful and special connection with their babies both in and out of the womb. However they are not a toy, and should not be left with a newborn, infant or any child unsupervised, in particular those under 3 years of age. Never allow your baby to put the necklace, harmony ball pendant or any moving part into their mouth. Never leave your necklace, pendant or any other Bebe Bola product in a baby’s cot, bassinet or bedroom unattended, while they are asleep or unsupervised.

•  Teething Products In 2015, the ACCC changed and reclassified the terms teething necklaces and teething jewellery as Teething toys. To comply with mandatory Australian and New Zealand safety standards, we do not refer to our silicone necklaces as “teething” products. We are serious about safety, and complying with Australian law. We sell quality products made with quality materials, however we do not endorse them as “teething toys”, “teething aids” or “chewable” for children under 36 months of age. They are for use by Adults, and anyone over the age of 3.

Payment

Bebe Bola purchases can be made using the credit card of your choice through our secure PayPal gateway, or using Afterpay (Shop now, Pay later). We do not store credit card information, and will not share your details or email address with anyone else.
